Founder & CEO
A serial entrepreneur, technology leader, and business strategist with more than two decades of experience building businesses and leading organizations across technology, education, real estate, and emerging ventures. Beginning his professional journey in 2000, he has founded and led ventures and held leadership roles including Founder, CEO, Director, Chairman, and Chief Operating Officer. His experience spans building businesses from the ground up, developing teams, creating strategic partnerships, and scaling new opportunities. His work sits at the intersection of technology, entrepreneurship, education, and innovation — focused on building technology-driven ventures, developing products, enabling organizations through technology, and helping founders turn ideas into scalable businesses. He believes the future belongs to organizations that combine technology, human potential, and entrepreneurial thinking. His mission is to build ventures that create sustainable value, empower people, and make a meaningful impact at scale.
Ananthu Vinod
Co-Founder & CTO
A technology entrepreneur and business leader passionate about building organizations, products, and technology ecosystems that solve real-world problems and create lasting value. Since 2018, his work has focused on entrepreneurship, software engineering, product innovation, digital transformation, and technology strategy, combining technical expertise with business vision to develop scalable solutions. With a background in Computer Science and Engineering, he is particularly interested in AI, digital transformation, education technology, enterprise technology, and emerging technology ecosystems. His long-term vision is to build future-ready organizations that create meaningful economic and social impact and deliver lasting value globally.

An architect with more than a decade of industry experience, now an entrepreneur building technology and education solutions for the AEC ecosystem. At Totedz, Haripriya brings her operational expertise and industry perspective to drive the vision of making quality learning more accessible and impactful, combining deep domain knowledge with a passion for creating meaningful learning pathways for professionals and students.

A PMP-certified technology leader with more than 19 years of experience delivering enterprise-scale digital solutions, leading global teams, and driving transformation across eCommerce and digital platforms. Her background spans Java development, technical leadership, project management, and functional delivery, giving her a strong ability to bridge business strategy with technology execution. Known for combining technical depth with a collaborative leadership style, Anu is passionate about building high-performing teams and using technology to create meaningful business impact and sustainable growth.
Joel Johnson
Director — Business Development
A young entrepreneur and real estate professional who has built a personal brand through social media, using content and storytelling to connect with audiences and grow a strong online community. His experience in real estate and digital marketing has given him a deep understanding of personal branding, content creation, audience engagement, and modern business development. Joel is passionate about using creativity and technology to connect people with opportunities and help ideas reach a wider audience.
Nin Aseeya Ra-El
Director of International Operations
An award winning diplomatic executive with more than 25 years of experience leading international affairs, building cross-cultural partnerships, and driving equity-centered STEM education at scale. Her background spans bilateral diplomacy as Honorary Consul of the Republic of Namibia to the Commonwealth of Virginia, nonprofit executive leadership, and global program development — giving her a rare ability to bridge international policy with community-level impact. Known for securing $8.8M+ in grants, scaling NVA STEM to 53 schools across 11 Virginia districts, and representing the United States on the world stage through 18 years of Sister Cities International leadership, Nin-Aseeya is passionate about opening doors for underserved communities and building the partnerships that make lasting change possible.

For Sheeba Rani an accomplished educationist with over 25 years of leadership experience across India and the UAE, having served in senior roles as Vice-Principal, Academic Coordinator, Innovations Head, CBSE Coordinator, and Assessment Head across reputed CBSE and international schools, including institutions under leading education groups. A specialist in curriculum design with IT and STEAM integration, and data-driven academic evaluation/analyst aligned with KHDA, SPEA and CBSE frameworks, she is a published author and recipient of the AKS Educational Award (2018) and GESS Award Finalist (2017) recognition.
Dr. P. A. Mathew
Director Academics
A renowned academic, researcher, and entrepreneur, and the founder & Chairman of Grace International Academy. With over 15 years of teaching and academic leadership, he has taught more than 10,000 students at Christ University, Symbiosis University, and FISAT, and served as Head of the Department of Economics at Christ University and Dean & Director of FISAT Business School. He holds a PhD in International Economics from JNU, New Delhi, with research interests spanning the Chinese economy, diaspora studies, and geopolitics of trade in Asia. Driven by a vision for value-based education, he founded Grace International Academy in Punalur, Kerala.
